Electronic & Continuing Resources (ECR)
- The ECR team manages the acquisitions and cataloging of electronic and continuing resources. This includes ordering, maintaining access, and troubleshooting issues. The ECR team is also responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of print serials, including receipt and binding.
Metadata Services
- The metadata services team is responsible for non-MARC metadata creation for still images created through digitization of physical materials. We collaborate closely with others in the Rose Library, the Digitization and Digital Curation team, and the Library Technologies and Digital Strategies Division.
Resource Description
- The resource description team is responsible for cataloging of all print materials, as well as some electronic resources. Additionally, the team maintains the catalog, with authority control work and database quality maintenance.
