The Assessment and User Experience team (AUX) leads efforts to assess library impact and improve users' interactions with Emory Libraries, whether at a service point, with the collections, with a physical space, or online. To this end, AUX designs and implements various methodologies, defines and measures outcomes, and is a key contributor to strategic planning for the RESC division and the EUL organization at large. AUX is responsible for reporting library data to the US Government (IPEDS) and to national library associations (ARL and ACRL). This process requires the careful collection and management of data from around Emory Libraries. Finally, AUX works closely with other library units, providing the business intelligence that they need to do their work effectively and efficiently.
